I return home to South Africa once a year and always make a point of following the latest trends of Neville Trickett. He and his equally talented wife live in the Kwazulu Natal Midlands and are obsessed with anything that is botanically inspired, in addition to being self-confessed pattern junkies. Like me, he is preoccupied with Natural History in its myriad of incarnation. They have recently reopened a treasure trove of a store called Saint Verde on their farm, and their home is a shrine to all things beautiful in nature. Here is a salute to a modern-day Darwin.
